Mazuzee’s shipping terms for in-stock items is Ex Works (EXW). We can provide assistance in regards to recommending a freight forwarder but will be unable to handle logistics or cover any costs and/or fees.
Mazuzee can accommodate special order requests on your behalf within our extensive, trusted supplier network. Please note special orders are non-refundable/non-cancelable once confirmed.
Mazuzee stands behind the items it sells. Please note replacements or refunds will not be issued if the cause of defect is not manufacturers fault which includes but not limited to user error, general wear and tear, incorrect installations etc.
Warrant Policy Inside U.A.E:
Once confirmed that the item is factory defective, it will be replaced or refunded, whichever the customer prefers.
Warrant Policy Outside U.A.E:
Once confirmed that the item is factory defective, a credit note will be issued to the customer for future purchases. If we need the item, Mazuzee will bear the expense of shipping the goods.
We do not accept any returns of items once the purchase has been completed.
Customers can cancel an order at any time before the items have been shipped. Please note if an order is canceled after its confirmation there will be a 5% cancellation/restocking fee.
